Event Details

Artwork by Melanie Cervantes

Get your tickets to SOMArts’ annual Día de Los Muertos opening reception and exhibition unveiling featuring music by Las Hijas de la Madre, first look at the altars and installations, and a curated vendor market featuring one of a kind artworks and designs.

Curated by Bridgètt Rex and Rio Yañez, In Their Name: Dia de Los Muertos 2026 cherishes the ancestral memory, love, and devotion carried and embodied by mother figures across generations. In keeping with the tradition of Día de los Muertos, the exhibition also includes personal altars dedicated to loved ones who have passed.
