Dance Anywhere is an annual free-for-all dance event taking place all over the world (in San Francisco at Noon) where dancers all over the city will perform as the clock strikes noon. There will be a series of pre-organized dances but you should feel free to drop everything and shake or shimmy wherever you are.

According to the SF Weekly, “Thus, at noon, you may samba, perform entrechats en l’air, boogaloo, freak, Charleston, tap, samba, clog, or pole dance in excellent company. Facing East Dance and Music company takes the Asian Art Museum, Kara Davis and Dancers got SFMOMA, and Fein herself (along with a lot of friends) appears at Togonon Gallery, among notable local coordinates.”
