Learn all about the Beautiful Art of Belly dance with Regine.

What is the origin of belly dance? Why is it called belly dance and why is it rapidly gaining in popularity all over the world (for both women and men)? This interactive workshop will introduce you the history and cultural origins of this beautiful art form. Regine will demo a short performance and teach you a fun and simple routine.

About Regine:

Regine is a professional belly dancer and instructor in the bay area. She is originally from New York City and has studied and trained with top belly dance masters from Egypt. Regine has performed extensively throughout the nation including, New York City, Miami, Chicago and Hawaii. Regine performs regularly at several SF Bay Area Restaurants and venues and is one of the top dancers at Moroccos Restaurant in Mountain view, CA. Regine is well known for her graceful and dynamic and performances and engaging style.
