Join us for a day of quiet contemplation, heart-felt sharing, mindful eating, and gentle yoga. Through bringing the energy of mindfulness into every aspect of our lives, we can deepen our spiritual practice and strengthen our sense of peace and joy.
10am – arrive
10:15 – sitting meditation
10:45 – indoor walking meditation
11:15 – sitting meditation
11:45 – walking meditation
12:00 – yoga class
1:00 – mindful lunch (bring your own or go downstairs to purchase)
2:15 – walking meditation
2:30 – listen to dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hanh
3:00 – sitting meditation
3:30 – dharma discussion
4:30 – sitting meditation
5:00 – end of program
