December 25th In-Person Visit & Gift Delivery

Visit an older adult, bringing a holiday gift and some holiday spirit!

December 25th (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Gifts must be picked up before your visit.

Gifts will be available for pick-up on December 23rd (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and December 24th (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM).

IMPORTANT: Gifts will NOT be available for pick-up on December 25th.

December 25th Holiday Gift Delivery Only

Spread holiday cheer by delivering gifts to multiple older adults—these are drop-offs, no in-home visits.

December 25th (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Gifts will be available for pick-up on December 23rd (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and December 24th (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM).

IMPORTANT: Gifts will NOT be available for pick-up on December 25th.
