In the Mexican tradition of Dia de los Muertos, remembering the dead is no solemn occasion. The day is marked with processions, decorative altars, celebration, and the consumption of delicious food, sugar skulls — and tequila!
The November SF Bike Party ride, a 3 hour bike procession through the city (think Critical Mass, but for nice bike riders) will be marked by marigolds and skeletons as we ride together in memory of the friends and loved ones we’ve lost and in celebration of our own ongoing lives.
Where: Balboa Park – close to the swings – (Near Balboa Park Bart Station) / Route Map
Meetup at 7:30, roll at 8:00.
