Sunday, November 3, 2019 | 4 pm-9 pm
Courthouse Square, Downtown Redwood City
FREECome celebrate the Day of the Dead, a beautiful ritual in which Mexicans happily and lovingly remember their loved relatives that have passed.
The celebration is free admission, featuring music, dancing, Catrinas, an elaborate altars contest, a procession down Broadway, a food court, vendors, as well as free activities for children. The community Chalk Art Mural plans to be back that everyone will be encouraged to participate in.
With 8,500+ guests last year, celebrate again this year in hopes of continuing the Latin tradition and culture, and to share with the community the cultural importance of this special day.
