The Dia de Portugal Festival takes place annually on the second Saturday in June and one of the largest events in California celebrating Portuguese culture and heritage.

Enjoy a day of entertainment, savor a variety of Portuguese foods and watch a traditional Portuguese parade – there’s enjoyment for the entire family. It all takes place at History San José, location of the Portuguese Historical Museum.

- 12:55 – 1:25 p.m. Rancho Folclórico Saudades do Ribatejo (Tracy)
- 1:30 – 2:10 p.m. Emile Carter Kizomba Dance Company (Oakland)
- 2:15 – 2:45 p.m. Tempos D’Outrora (San José) Azorean/Portuguese folklore dance and music performers
- 2:55 – 4:45 p.m. Emily (Porterville), Portuguese singer/songwriter
- 4:50 p.m. Raffle drawing and closing announcements
History Park admission is free. Nearby parking is $6 but free parking with shuttle bus service is available in the immediate area. Look for street signs indicating parking areas.
