Amoeba Music: Free In-Store Mini Concerts

Amoeba’s DJ series “Revolutions” welcomes Oakland Techno DJ and Producer Russell E.L. Butler. His latest release on Opal Tapes, God Is Change, is an exploration of futuristic black identities, inspired by the Parable series by Octavia E. Butler. Russell is a resident DJ at After Dark, a synthwave/house/techno night that happens every 4th Thursday at the Legionnaire Saloon in Oakland.

Also catch his headline set at Outpost, the monthly techno party at Underground SF on October 17th.
