What better way to celebrate Earth Day than with some Organic Cocktails at the country’s First Certified Green Bar while hearing from the author of the first book on organic cocktails?

Journalist and Author Paul Abercrombie joins us for a presentation of his book about organic spirits and cocktails: “Organic, Shaken and Stirred”. Enjoy samples of some of the great cocktails in this book, prepared and discussed by H. (Elixir’s owner) and Paul in this unique look into “green drinks”.
