If you’re brave enough to snack on a bug, you could save on admission to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Eat a basic bug (like an ant or a worm) and get a discount on museum admission, or eat a “super bug” (like a scorpion) and get in free.
During the Bug Fest, a free cooking demonstration (no museum admission required) will be hosted by Daniella Martin, the host of Girl Meets Bug, the insect cooking/travel show. She’ll be cooking up delicious bug dishes, including larva tacos and deep-fried scorpion tail.
>> Eat any bug you want for free and then get either discounted or free admission to the museum.
Basic Bugs: ants, spiders, termites, worms, caterpillars, grasshoppers, dung beetles, wasps and crickets.
Super Bugs: scorpions and cockroaches.
