Event Details

Join the AfroSurreal Writers, the Kiss My Black Arts Collective, and more than a dozen local writers and artists in the EcoArts Festival and hear local writers and musicians at Frank Ogawa Plaza from 1-3:30 pm.

Jasmine Wade, Brenson Lott, and Amos White will receive awards for their writing.

As part of the festival, there will be a neighborhood clean up from 9-12 pm at 3000 San Pablo Ave., and artist James Lee will create a public installation, The Reading Room, with free books and snacks.

There will also be opportunities to meet talk with representatives from local environmental justice organizations.
