Black Light Art Party Weekend | Oakland
The Grease Diner is holding a weekend of blacklight, 3D, glow-in-the-dark parties with “Neon Palace” a glow-in-the-dark live music party on April 18 and “Electro Luminous” a blacklight art show on April 19, 2014.
The events will create an installation environment where color meets light – dashing and surrounding the viewer with an experience to see color melt into color in this fascinating electroluminocity.
Neon Palace: Electro Luminous is a solo-show for Oakland based artist JJ fryzel. JJ works with 3D, blacklight and glow in the dark media.
Her show will consist of new paintings and sculptures, installed in a way where her art creates an “electro luminous” environment within the Grease Diner.
