September 1, Texas Effectively Banned Abortion—The Silence of the Millions Who Support Abortion Rights Is Deafening:
WE CAN’T LET THIS GO DOWN!
WE CAN’T LET THEM HAVE THE FUTURE!
We CANNOT let this go down. The streets across the country should be filled with furious and massive outpourings of protest – everyone who feels in their bones that to deny women the right and ability to control their own reproduction is condemning them to slavery… urgently needed are people who are determined to STOP this from happening and dare to act in ways commensurate with the urgent situation.
All of society needs to be mobilized to stop this fascist law and all the other attacks on women—and to look deeply into the nature of the society that would allow women to be enslaved in this way. Come to the Emergency Meeting at Revolution Books to grapple with the gravity of the situation and make plans to respond.
