Hailing from working-class Birmingham in the early 1980s, England, Dave Wakeling and The English Beat’s music was a message of love and unity set to a great dance beat. So take your money and “Save It For Later,” or just use it to buy a pre-show snack at the English Beat’s second free appearance in San Jose.
