Event Details

Join Equator Coffee & Teas on Thursday Dec. 20, 2012 for a complimentary pouring of the award-winning Geisha variety coffee, grown on Panama’s Hacienda La Esmeralda farm.

Enjoy a selection of Equator’s most exclusive and seasonal coffees and meet with the Marin-based company’s knowledgeable staff at Berkeley’s independently owned Mokka café. This event is open to the public and free to attend.

The award-winning Geisha variety features a heady floral-toned aroma with flavors of dark chocolate, sweet lemon and stone fruit. Hacienda La Esmeralda has been family owned and operated since 1967 and in recent years has become world famous for its production of Geisha. Due to limited availability, Equator only roasts Geisha coffee once a week, ensuring peak freshness.
