Amazon Pop-Up Loft: Candy, Beer & Work Space | SF
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is setting up a physical (and very stylish) space in San Francisco for the month of June with candy, beer, and a cool work space open from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, or 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
Please Note: Of course, no one is preventing you from writing the “Next Great American Novel” from here, but keep in mind that the space is geared towards techies and Amazon experts will be on hand to answer technical questions.
AWS Pop-Up Loft
San Francisco | 925 Market Street
June 4-27, 2014
FREE, but you must register to join The Loft
“It’s clearly a startup haven, with the requisite refrigerated keg in the corner and Quirky Pivot Power outlets for visitors. Upstairs, a quiet lounge is complete with fruit loop and Goldfish cracker dispensers, jars filled to the brim with candy, a coffee station and a kitchen. One level higher takes visitors to an expansive room with a tall ceiling, filled with chairs facing a podium. When you look closer, tiny touches dot the landscape, from a miniature record player to a foosball table.” – PandoDaily
