Bike to Yoga Week | SF Iyengar Yoga Institute

For the week of May 4-8, the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco will offer a free yoga class to anyone who arrives by bicycle wearing a helmet.

Proof of helmet will be required.

The Iyengar Institute of San Francisco is committed to developing programming to support students and teachers in growing and transforming their yoga practice.
