“511 Carpool” Connection Week 2017 | North Bay

Tired of your current commute? Would you prefer to be networking, or meeting cool new people on your way to work? Carpooling may be easier than you think.

511 Carpool is hosting free after-work events  to help you connect with neighbors looking to share their rides to work. You’re invited to an event from June 21-28 in cities all over the North Bay.

You’ll find new ways to share your commute (there’s over 60,000 Bay Area commuters available for matching), find free (or discounted) rides to work, learn about vanpools, get discounted tolls, rewards from 511 and more. Plus food and refreshments are on the house.

• Carpooling Tips: 511 will guide you through the apps and web tools available, as well as provide special promotion codes that will have you cruising down the HOV lane in no time.
• Food: Yes, there will be food
• Fun: The 511 staff will make sure you get to know your neighbors in a fun, engaging environment that leaves you truly understanding the joys of a great carpool: community, networking, and new connections.
