2019 For the Culture: Black Women Holiday Market | Oakland

Welcome to the 4th annual For the Culture: Black Women’s Holiday Market! Featuring premiere Black Women artists, makers, and entrepreneurs.

We know that in addition to funding, one of the most impactful things we can do to support Black businesses is to increase their visibility and grow their sales. Unlike, many of the other holiday markets, For The Culture is highly targeted to draw consumers with a commitment to buying locally and supporting Black-owned businesses.

This year we are cohosting with the Runway Project and partnering with Impact Hub Oakland to make this our biggest holiday show yet.

This holiday pop up experience is two days occurring Black Friday Weekend on Plaid Friday and Small Business Saturday. Friday, November 29th and Saturday November 30th from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

OUR GOAL IS TWOFOLD
1) First, it is to generate life-changing revenue for local Black Women Entrepreneurs.

2) Second, it is to empower community to spend their holiday dollars locally with Black women from the Oakland and greater Bay Area community.
