Pistahan 2025: SF’s Filipino Cultural Festival & Parade (Aug. 9-10)

EVENT UPDATE: There are no upcoming events known for this event series - please check the organizer website for any updates.

The Pistahan Parade and Festival is the largest celebration of Filipino art, culture, dance, food, and music in the U.S, happening on August 9-10, 2025.

Filipinos make up one of California’s largest Asian American communities, and there’s a fabulous world of Pinay and Pinoy creativity and accomplishment to celebrate.

The Pistahan Parade kicks off the largest Filipino fair in the West Coast. The free 2-day outdoor event is fun for the entire family and features hands-on and authentic cultural experiences in 8 pavilions: Art, Culinary, Dance, Health, Heritage, Innovation, Sports and Tavern. The Pistahan is a showcase of folk dance groups, variety entertainers, emerging talents and headline artists. The Festival supports local artisans, food vendors, entrepreneurs and more, and it provides opportunities for guests to discover Philippine history, heritage and traditions.

The two-day event kicks off Saturday, August 9, 2025 with the annual Pistahan Parade, the largest Filipino parade on the West Coast.
