The Lookout, which provides prime people-watching opportunities over the intersection of Market St. and Noe St. in the Castro, hosts a Friday happy hour with $3 Skyy Vodka cocktails (3:30 pm-9 pm) and a free chicken wing buffet from 6:30-8:30 pm to help soak up all the booze.
