Free Outdoor Rooftop Vinyasa Yoga Class at Salesforce Park (SF)
Every Friday through April 29th.
This class will focus on creating fluid transitional moves between postures, while alignment & form are never sacrificed in the process of flexibility development. Provided by FITNESS SF.
This program is free and open to the public. Fridays, 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Everyone’s welcome to enjoy this public park, a living roof where a curved walking trail lined with benches surrounds grassy lawns, dancing fountains, a children’s play area, and an amphitheater.
