On select First Fridays Emeryville Taiko will be hosting free, hands-on taiko drumming classes at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center.

Taiko drumming is an exciting modern art form with ancient roots in the religious ceremonies and folk festivals of Japan.

Come learn all about it and have a go on their loud drums. It’s a musical, athletic and fun activity for all.
