Goodbye Mayor Ed Lee: SF’s Memorial & Tributes | City Hall

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee passed away early Tuesday morning of an apparent heart attack.  Supervisor London Breed has taken over as acting Mayor.

Our thoughts go out to his family and we wish the mayor bon voyage.

Events to celebrate the life and legacy of the 43rd Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco Edwin M. Lee will be held on Friday, December 15 and Sunday, December 17.
