We’re back for our second year of the Heart of the Richmond District Night Market — a vibrant, family-friendly series that celebrates the culture, small businesses, and community spirit of the Richmond District!

Every 3^rd Saturday | 4pm – 8pm June – September, 2025

This engaging and entertaining event in the Central Richmond District celebrates the depth of our local business community. There is something for all ages, locals and visitors alike.

By providing a fun and festive night out in our neighborhood, we hope to introduce locals and visitors to our welcoming and diverse community and increase support for our amazing local businesses.

The festive event will introduce locals and visitors to our welcoming and diverse community, spotlighting the eclectic mix of amazing small businesses and the vibrancy of the Richmond District!

Plenty of booths and brick and mortar dining options. June activities and booths will include arts and crafts, games, small business vendors, resources from community organizations, fun activities, film shorts, entertainment, DJ and live performances.

June 21 Highlights: Family Zone Sponsored by SF DEC

This special kickoff will showcase a Family Zone designed just for families with young children, packed with engaging activities and giveaways (while supplies last)!

Activities include arts & crafts, hula hoop toss, bubble machine, LEGO station, sensory table, sand bin with toys, spin wheel prizes, big connect four, stomp rockets, temporary tattoo station, children’s giveaways & swag bags (*first come first serve, until supplies last)

This event is organized in collaboration with the Community Youth Center of San Francisco, the Greater Geary Merchant Association, Civic Joy Fund, Agape Community Center, Asian Family Support Center, Greater  Richmond District YMCA, Richmond Neighborhood Center, Richmond Review, San Francisco Department of Early Child Development, Self Help for the Elderly, SF SDA Chinese Church and the Office of Supervisor Connie Chan.

The Family Zone is co-organized by Gum Moon, AFSC Richmond and the Sunset Family Resource Center Collaborative.
