Every fourth Wednesday of the month through January 22nd.

Join a guided Mindfulness Meditation practice at 7 pm every fourth Wednesday of the month for a beautiful way to pause during your busy week.

For thirty minutes, you’ll gather to collect yourselves and re-connect with your experience. There will be no sharing or talking, only a simple guided meditation. Participants are then welcome to leave or join the teacher for a brief question and answer period. Please enter mindfully and quietly and bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the ground. Heartfelt donations are welcome.
