Berkeley Critical Mass is group bike ride that begins at the Ashby BART Station, where riders meet at 6 pm on the 2nd Friday of each month. A local rider frequently brings a powerful bicycle sound system to the rides making this into a rolling bike party.

Please Note: Critical Mass tends to practice extreme bike power by taking to the streets and riding in the car lanes causing endless annoyance to motorists. Consider this is fair warning to stay away from driving around the Ashby BART area on the 2nd Friday of every month.
