Back to School Giveaway for Green Educators | Oakland

It’s the Back to School Giveaway for Green Educators.

On August 3rd -11th from 11 am to 6 pm, the Green Educators can pick up 2 grocery bags full of materials & supplies for their classrooms for free.

In addition to traditional teaching materials, corks, all sizes of plastic containers, egg cartons, metal tins, CDs, jewel cases, boxes, crayons, pencils, National Geographic Magazines, binders, notebooks, hanging file folders, rulers, trophies, wood scraps and party supplies are offered. Members of the program also receive 10% off all education-related purchases, every day.

All teachers are invited to join the Green Educator Program by signing up at the East Bay Depot Store. The cashiers will walk you through the process at the register. It only takes a minute.

Bring a teacher ID, union card, school letterhead or other verification documents with you to sign up for the program.
