Take a strategic pause and savor the moment with this guided practice. Savor Meditation blends seated and reclining postures with gentle movement to reconnect you to your body, breath, and heart. Meditation is a potent way to disrupt patterns that lead to burnout, and can relieve stress and anxiety.
Savor meditation practice meets for 30-minutes at 5pm every Friday in the Calvin Klein performance loft. Blocks and mats are provided.
