Sound Healing Session: Singing Bowls & Hand Drum | Clift Hotel

As part of Clift’s wellness initiative for spring, they are offering additional sound therapy sessions every Wednesday in April 2016. All classes will take place in the Spanish Suite on the 15th floor and is on a first come, first serve basis.

The sound therapy sessions provided by Cheryl Bowers from Heart Of Sound will take place on April 6 and April 20 at 6 pm, while sound therapy sessions from Jessica Neideffer will take place on April 13 and April 27 at 6 pm.

“The healing is conducted through various forms of vibrational therapy. Using multiple kinds of instruments and tools. There are two gongs, both tuned to planetary vibrations, a set of crystal quartz singing bowls (tuned to the 7 chakras), two Tibetan singing bowls, and various shamanic tools, including shakers, rattles and a rain stick. I also work with a Native American hand drum, and sing.”
