Wheelchair basketball is a fast-paced team sport that challenges participants to improve their fitness, refine their skills, and have a lot of fun in the process.
Anyone, especially those with a lower limb disability, is encouraged to join us, regardless of athletic experience or skill. The program is for all ages and is mixed gender, supportive, and welcoming. Sessions start with skill drills and are followed by a friendly pick-up game. Basketball chairs are available to borrow.
This program is run bay a partnership between San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department and BORP Adaptive Sports and Recreation.
