This Spring Youth Art Exchange and Lick-Wilmerding High School team up to bring you the 3rd Annual Howth Street Block Party.

The Excelsior/OMI neighbors  will gather for an afternoon of live entertainment, music & DJs, performances, youth-led workshops and activities, games & prizes, and food trucks.
