On this special event, we will practice together with a video on big screen of Geeta Iyengar teaching over 1000 people in Pune, India. With Geetaji’s voice and instruction, we’ll delve deep into the practice of asana and remember and experience her presence.
CIYTs Theresa Marks and Sandy Lamerson be there to assist and answer questions.
Stay for cookies and tea after the event.
This event is free for all. Everyone is welcome, those brand new to Iyengar Yoga as well as seasoned practitioners.
