The program will consist of the following solo cello performances:

  • Piatigorsky- three pieces for solo cello
  • Hindemith- sonata for solo cello
  • Porter- string quartet No. 3
  • Shostakovich- sonata for cello and piano in D minor

Performers will be as the following:

  • Jean-Michel Fonteneau, cello
  • Jodi Levitz, viola
  • Bettina Mussumeli, violin
  • Alisa Rose ’07, violin
  • Xin Zhao ’17, piano
