Faetopia: Pop-Up Week-Long Queer Arts Festival | 2013
Faetopia is a pop-up queer arts, ecology, theater and community center that runs June 21-28, 2013.
For the week before San Francisco Pride, over a hundred artists and collaborators will create a visionary space for the queer community in the long vacant Tower Records, next to Cafe Flore at Market St & Noe St (2286 Market St, to be exact).
- During the day, Faetopia will host workshops, meditation, teach-ins, heart circles, erotic playshops, and more.
Most daytime events are free.- At night, the arts reign supreme with theater, burlesque, live music, queer cinema, and, of course, plenty of drag.
Most nighttime events have a $10 suggested donation, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
