Family Clay Day | Palo Alto

The Palo Alto Art Center will host a free Day of Clay on Sunday, August 7, featuring artmaking activities for the entire family, a panel discussion with artists participating in the Art Center’s current exhibition Fired Up: Monumental Clay, and ceramic artists-in-residence Malia Landis, Wesley Wright and Matthew Goldberg, who will meet with the public to discuss their artistic process and technique.

The Day of Clay event is presented as part of the Art Center’s 45th anniversary and 45 Days of Clay programming, an organization-wide initiative dedicated to celebrating the Art Center’s role in providing more than four decades of ceramic art and education in the community.
