Families and kids of all ages are welcomed to attend a Family “Quest” Adventure in the Presidio of San Francisco. What is a “quest”? Well, a “quest” is a treasure hunt-style journey that provides fun and interesting ways to explore a special place on foot. Using a colorful adventure booklet, this self-guided exploration will reveal the route of an outdoor art exhibit inspired by wildlife that will take families through the Fort Scott area of the Presidio. With team spirit and keen senses your family will solve riddles and make surprising observations. The quest adventure is best suited for families with kids aged 5 to 12. Staff will be on hand to meet families outside of the Presidio Habitats Exhibition Pavilion, which is near the intersection of Storey and Ralston Avenues. Families can drop by any time between 10am and 12pm to pick up booklets to begin their adventure. The quest takes families about two hours to complete. Come along adventurous families for the chance to experience your national park in a unique way. Directions to the Presidio Habitats Exhibition Pavilion are available through the website below. Please RSVP for this event at 415-561-4449 or pbidigare@presidiotrust.gov
