Filled with swaying bamboo, trees, living walls, and plants native to the San Bruno Mountains—Kapwa Gardens is secret hideaway in the urban jungle.

Lakas Ng Loob Yoga @ 11am – 12pm – $20
50 minute gentle yoga class for cultivating inner strength (beginner friendly)
Rona (PsyD, RYT200) offers a safe space for people to come authentically to the mat, to explore and attune to all layers of the self. She brings a gentle authenticity to the practice that welcomes all bodies, and encourages an empowering self-discovery. Gentle flow, mindful movement, and meditations are included in her offerings.
Hot Hula Fitness + Meditation @ 2:30pm – 3:45pm – $20
Spend an afternoon on your physical health and mental well-being.
Leilani will lead you thru a mindful meditation breath work exercise to ground in and be present. Then you will jump right in to learning the basics of hot hula fitness, warm up/stretch, learn a choreographed routine to the drumbeats, dance to the music, focus on legs/abs, and end with a cool down for an hour.
Flower Crown Class @ 1pm – $30
Led by Kapwa Garden’s landscape designer and principal of CAMO Studio, Christina Antiporda. You’ll work with fresh flowers to create unique headdresses to coronate the queen and princess in your life.
Lil’ Balikbayan’s Trip To Chocolate Hills @ 12p & 4pm – $30
“A Trip to Chocolate Hills,” includes an itinerary filled with fun art activities like tarsier making, silly storytime, and more. It also has a recipe for tablea tsokolate so mother and child can savor a bit of the Philippines while making interesting cultural discoveries. Paired with Oodaalolly Philippine Chocolates.
