“Tabi Tabi Po” is an art show dedicated to celebrating Filipino folklore through urban contemporary art. The Kapre, Manananggal, Dwende, Tikbalang, and Aswang are just a sampling of these haunting creatures that will be brought to life in this exhibit.
On Saturday, December 5th at 5:30pm, Bindlestiff puts on a live puppet show for the exhibit, “The Dwende That Grew Too Big.” Azaro, the dwende, wakes up one morning to find that he has turned into a giant. Join us as we explore his world through the magic of shadow puppetry and live music.
