Watch a FREE film premier of the newest film from freeheel skiing guru Josh Madsen, The Freeheel Life 2: Hippies Punx & Misfits.

The film explores the full timeline of telemark (as the sport is also known) history, from its roots in Norway and subsequent re-emergence in the United States in 1970s to its modern manifestations. Unlike alpine skiing equipment, the Freeheel skis have a binding that only connects the boot to the ski at the toes, enabling shorter turns better suited for steeper alpine terrain

The film features appearances from legendary veterans Tom Carter and Doug Robinson, in addition to a number of forward-thinking freeheelers including Candy Froerer, Weston Deutschlander and Ty Dayberry.
