Join the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and The Adachi Project for a screening of three new short films profiling Public Defender clients — Sal, Prezi, and Julia — plus a preview of a sentencing-mitigation video used in court.

The evening includes opening remarks from Public Defender Mano Raju and a post-screening panel discussion moderated by Boots Riley (moderator only), featuring the filmmakers and the individuals profiled in the films.

Presented by DEFENDER, an Art+Media collaboration between the SF Public Defender’s Office, EVEN/ODD, and Compound.
