Pass It On is an homage to ’90s pulp cinema, in the same vein as Fargo and Reservoir Dogs. A coked up nobody with the nickname ’59’ is killed, which leads to a cat and mouse game between two teams of assassins. Karma can hit you like a bullet to the head.
