Event Details

A collection of short films made over the years with a short Q&A with the film-maker and/or open discussion of the topics after each. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to a non-profit in support of Honduras. Tickets are sliding scale $5 – $20 – give what you can.

Topics will include –

  • A series of shorts from protests in Oakland and North Carolina in 2020
  • An anarchist commune in Northern California.
  • Radical Faerie sanctuary commune in Tennessee
  • Pure Lung – a short film on corruption and gangs in Honduras
  • Onion Dog! – A short animated musical by Misha Pozen

Film-making is fun! But very often the process is within a vacuum. In short, my head gets up my tuckus and the only feedback I often have from my films are the trolls of the internet. 🙁

So sometimes its nice to get a group of real humans in a room and feel the social dynamic of a shared viewing experience and find out what questions a film can bring up. Please come out and support your local indie film maker!
