2018 San Francisco Middle School Science Fair: Project Viewing | Randall Museum

The Randall Museum once again hosts the 36th Annual San Francisco Middle School Science Fair in their newly renovated space; the projects will be on view for the public from 10 am to 4 pm from February 26 through March 9, 2018.

All public and private middle schools (grades 6 to 8) in San Francisco are invited to participate.  All projects are supervised by a credentialed science teacher or qualified scientist.

In 2014 the Randall museum hosted 181 projects completed by 222 San Francisco students from 32 schools.

The fair emphasizes the joy and accessibility of science and participation over competition; therefore, winners are not awarded cash prizes, but instead are offered a day trip to a Bay Area location of educational and entertainment interest.
