First Saturdays Free Outdoor Boot Camp | Oakland
Featuring a full body cardio, core and strength workout. Classes are free every first Saturday of the month and start promptly at 9 am.
All other Saturdays are free for Flex Circuit Gym members. Non member attendees of the boot camps will receive a free 7-day gym pass.
