Event Details

Join the Left Coast community at Temescal Brewing for an invigorating morning of outdoor yoga! Every ticket includes a token for a fresh beer or drink of your choice.

This is a private event while the brewery is closed to the public. To ensure the brewery can open on time, this class will start promptly at 10:30 AM. Once the class is over at 11:30 AM, enjoy a cool down beverage with your classmates in our taproom before the brewery opens to the public!

All levels are welcome, and newcomers to yoga are encouraged! A few mats and props will be available to borrow for free, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own. You may also wish to bring a tarp or towel to place under or over your mat to protect your mat and/or your knees, as this class will be practiced on a concrete outdoor patio. Don’t forget your sunscreen!

About our teachers:
Lyz Keating has led over 1,500 yoga classes in Oakland since 2016 and is formally trained in both Strala and Rocket yoga. She is passionate about guiding students to find their inner strength and peace through yoga.

Rachel started Left Coast Power Yoga in 2013 to bring Oakland its first heated Power Yoga Community! Over the years Left Coast has grown to include two vibrant locations, Teacher Trainings, local and international retreats, and community events like Flow&Beer. Rachel got her RYT-200 from Laughing Lotus SF, RYT-500 from Yoga Tree SF, and is a certified Mama Tree Pre and PostNatal teacher.
