You’re Invited! Please join Fort Mason Center and resident partners, @aicd.sf, @for_site, @goodycafesf, @hainesgallery, @museoitalamericano, @sfcamerawork, and @sfcac, for the Spring edition of the #fortmasonartwalk on Thursday, May 30, 2024, 5-8p.
The event – free and open to the public – features new artworks, artist and curator talks, live performances, and community art-making across the lower #FortMason campus. Register and get full details at the link in our bio.

⭐️#FortMasonCenter launches its newest mural commission, “Oscar Lopez: Your Food, My Work, Our Land,” with an opening reception honoring @oscar_lopez_art, plus artist and curator talks, between Landmark Buildings B and C.
⭐️#FMCAC presents “Shiny Things for My Quartermaster: Seven Swallowtail Flags”, a suite of flags by artist and filmmaker @Cauleen_Smith. Flags are installed above the main entrances to Landmark Building B, #gatewaypavilion/Pier 2, and #festivalpavilion/Pier 3.
⭐️@hainesgallery presents “Patsy Krebs: Equations”, plus a guided gallery tour in Landmark Building C.
⭐️@sfcamerawork presents “EBTI: Ma-kan مكان,” along with artist and curator talks in Landmark Building A. A media presentation, “Re:ma-kan Act 25-54”, will be projected on the sky bridge between Landmark Buildings B and C.
⭐️@sfcac hosts a studio painting session for all ages in Landmark Building C.
⭐️@for_site presents “Yunfei Ren At The Guardhouse: Prevailing Winds,” featuring a Q-and-A session with Hidetaka Hirota, a legal and social historian and professor, moderated by Lisa Ellsworth, FOR-SITE’s Curator and Guardhouse Project Manager.
⭐️@museoitaloamericano presents “Earth & Soul: Paintings by Elena Civoli Brittain & Sculptures by Tricia Grame,” along with an artist and curator talk, plus a performance by @the_mina_project.
⭐️Goody Café features the group show, “Looking At Animals,” and will offer free , plus a menu of delish bites and beverages – including Crust Luv artisanal pizza – available for purchase.
⭐️The American Indian Cultural District @aicd.sf presents murals and artist talks by Jewelina Acosta and Brittany Burrows, in the lobby of Landmark Building D.
