Have you heard about the new Fitness Court® in Foster City? Yup, that’s right – SF is no longer the only Bay Area community to have the world’s best outdoor gym!
To celebrate, National Fitness Campaign (inventors of the Fitness Court®) will be in Foster City to lead a series of FREE 15-minute express bootcamps! In just 15 minutes, we will target your upper body, lower body, core and flexibility!
This event includes two mini bootcamp time slots. Classes are first come first serve, guarantee your spot by registering here.

Don’t feel like working out? No problem, swing by to watch the Fitness Court Challenge event – a head to head speed competition featuring some of the Bay’s fittest! We will also be pumping fun music and passing out FREE Fitness Court athletic wear and snacks from local vendors.
**Proper Workout Attire is Encouraged for this Event**
The Fitness Court is a free to the public facility suitable for ages 14+, and appropriate for all fitness levels.
