Event Details

You’ve heard of the TED lecture series? Meet his brother, “FRED.” He’s slightly less ambitious but just as fun to be around – and he loves chocolate. This is all just a PR gimmick to get you to learn about TCHO, a chocolatier on Pier 17 in San Francisco, but the event still sounds fun so we thought we’d let you know about it.

The lecture and chocolate tasting is hosted at the home of SF  chocolate maker, TCHO, and just in time for Valentine’s Day, FRED will feature a 17-minute FRED Talk, plus tours of TCHO’s factory and plenty of frivolity, revelry, eating (chocolate sampling) and drinking (chocolate-friendly red wine).

Party proceeds will benefit three Haiti relief efforts: Doctors Without Borders, Partners in Health, and Mercy & Sharing.
